Mazapán

RECIPE

▢ 1 cup powdered milk

▢ 1 cup granulated sugar

▢  1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

▢  1 tablespoon butter, softened

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar and powdered milk. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Add the condensed milk and begin mixing with a spoon or your hands until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Add the butter and knead the mixture with your hands until it becomes smooth and moldable.
  4. If the dough feels too dry or crumbly, add more condensed milk little by little (about 1 tablespoon at a time) until it holds together.
  5. Once fully mixed, shape the dough into small balls or any shapes you like.
You can also add food coloring to make them more vibrant.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes, then enjoy, or store in an airtight container.
